Organisers

Anne Marie Stamnestrø and Adrian Angelico. We’ve been organising larps for 20ish years. Among them: St. Croix, Norges Dæmring, Maskerade, Cosa Nostra, Kjærlighet uten strømper.

 

Food and drink

Included in the price (vegetarian meals).

Bringing your own alcohol is not allowed. There will be a small amount of alcoholic drinks served to those who wish. (+ alcohol free «larp booze».)

 

Transport

The larp site is situated outside Lillehammer a couple of hours outside Oslo. We’re hoping that as many players as possible can car pool. We will try to coordinate this and arrange for people to be picked up at Lillehammer train station if neccessary. (In which case one must get the 09.34 train from Oslo Central station.)

 

Costumes

We’re making this larp for the setting, not the costumes. A general «18th century feel» and character expression is more important than being historically correct. (Ask us if you’re uncertain or concerned about anything!) 
 

Style of dress at the brothel is extremely casual. Everything from undergarments such as chemise (and corset, if desired), dressing gowns to half-complete outfits, is common. Or you can go all out fully dressed if you want.

We’re hoping that the soldiers will be able to manage something with a coordinated «uniform» feeling. We’re looking at option to find a deal for unforms, and will come back with more info on this when we know more.

There will be techniques for playing out sexual acts and violence. It’s our priority that everyone feels confident they won’t end up in unwanted situations, while at the same time being comfortable taking chances and trusting that other players take responsibility for their own experience and safety.
